Everything they say on their web site that they will do, they did. Got a new appearing, current model, clean suit that fit well, with a HANDWRITTEN note regarding my specific upcoming event. As great as the service and suit were, I may not ever BUY a triathlon wetsuit for the 2-3 times a year I need one.

Great customer service! I called before placing my order because I was unsure what size/body type I should put and they helped me ensure I put the right info in and my suit fit perfectly once I got it! Also, returning the wetsuit was super simple, I just put it in the bag provided, stuck on the label provided, and dropped it off at my local fedex office.

so helpful with the whole process great fitting wetsuit with thorough directions for first-time renters/wearers fair and clearly communicated shipping policies had a mixup on the water temperature of my race and they helped me exchange my sleeveless suit for a full-sleeve suit within a week highly recommend!
