Speed, expertise and friendliness! They were great to work with and found a great fitting wetsuit for me. The wetsuit was like new. I will definitely use them again!

First experience renting a wetsuit and it turned out PERFECTLY. The shipping was so fast and had enough time to adjust to the suit 3 days before my Tri. I HIGHLY recommend renting from them and will rent again next year. The personal note from Kristen put my mind at ease because I was a bit nervous about the swim. The best part of from renting here is they have your size and know your body type. DON'T be shy about describing your physique because they have it all.

I accidentally ordered the wrong kind of wetsuit and before they shipped it out they called me and checked to see if what I had ordered was the right wetsuit. Thank god! Amazing company with great customer service!

Had a great experience renting a wetsuit for my recent triathlon. Suit arrived in plenty of time and for great!

The wetsuit looked nice and high quality, but it was too tight. I used it once during training but opted to not use it for my triathlon on race day due to the sizing issue. I entered all the info for sizing, but there should be some more input fields to get the proper size, like specific meaurements...inseams, waist, shoulders, etc. Checkout and return process were easy and good. Just be careful with the sizing, leave enough time to switch it out if you need to!

Great service, well done. The wetsuit showed up early as promised, it was a good product, fit me nice, and the whole process was communicated well and easy. One less thing to worry about as I was stressing over my first tri. If the purchase price was lower I would of considered a purchase. I just thought it was too much. Overall a great experience and would recommend this service to anyone considering a wetsuit rental.

Got the suit within, a day or two of ordering. Called them with questions and they answered and spent as much time with me on the phone as I needed. These guys are the best!!!!

They sent a hand written note with the wetsuit congratulating me on my first triathlon! This is the type of customer service that is rare and so appreciated. Also, everything went without a hitch, the fit was great, the instructions on how to put it on, the return... everything was great!

Great customer service but unfortunately the size that I was sent did not fit me, despite giving accurate measurements. It would have been too late to receive a new one in time for race day. Luckily we were not allowed to wear them. I will be sure to order a size bigger next time.
