Wetsuit Rental

This is our 8th year renting wetsuits for growing adolescents. Only had to exchange once in 8 years. The wetsuits are always high quality and in great condition, arrive on time and easy instructions for returns. Almost bought the suit this year, but college students have no room to store them. Fast, friendly, prompt service. Easy to order, worry free. They know their stuff!

I am amazed by Wetsuit Customer Service - Kristen S. After receiving first wetsuit (which was good fit) I was considering other options just to try different wetsuits to get better feeling of them. I sent email with my thoughts to Kristen. Within minutes I received response and suggestions (not a single line response but answers to my questions with longer explanation why so I could understand better my options). Before I even fully analyzed Kristen’s email she already prepared new package and it was sent right after my response. The wetsuit did not arrive according to tracking notification. When I contacted Wetsuit Rental to inquire what to do, they were not helpful in trying to find the missing suit nor sympathetic to my situation...half Ironman in 2 days with no wetsuit. Thankfully the wetsuit arrived the day before my race. The customer service after the wetsuit turned up was much more helpful than when it was missing. Wetsuit fit well. Easy return.

My wetsuit arrived nearly 2 weeks prior to my race. It fit perfectly! They followed up to make sure it did. It was a high quality wetsuit and was a great help in my race. Quick and Easy- Had a great race. Only wish I had dropped it off after at the race but couldn't find the booth. Maybe it was the pure exhaustion...

WetsuitRental.com is awesome! I wanted to try a second wetsuit and it appeared two days later. I wish a lot if other businesses understood customer service like WetsuitRental.com. I would highly recommend these folks.

I waited a little too long to get my order in this time, but WetsuitRental.com shipped my wetsuit same day and got it to me in time for the event. Their customer service is among the best I've encountered online, and little things like the handwritten note in the package wishing me luck put them at the top of the list. This isn't the first time I've rented from them, and it definitely won't be the last.

It was tough for me to describe my body so that I could get a wetsuit that would fit just right. The first one was too small so I panicked and called Kristen.
