Amazing Wetsuit Customer Service
I am amazed by Wetsuit Customer Service - Kristen S. After receiving first wetsuit (which was good fit) I was considering other options just to try different wetsuits to get better feeling of them. I sent email with my thoughts to Kristen. Within minutes I received response and suggestions (not a single line response but answers to my questions with longer explanation why so I could understand better my options). Before I even fully analyzed Kristen’s email she already prepared new package and it was sent right after my response. I have never experience such fast process of assisting customer from email with questions to sending a product. I highly recommend Wetsuit Rental and Store. Thank you Kristen S.
