I saw some Josef Seibel sandals that I liked on different sites but none had the size that I required so I checked with Westwoods and they had what I wanted. Not only that, they were a better price. My shoes were delivered in two days. I am very pleased with them.

Ordered on-line. Best price and noted free returns which I feel is very important for footwear. Arrived within stated time, well wrapped and exactly as described. Overall very satisfied. Good company and will re-visit in the future.

Found some lovely boots.....reduced...yay! Ordered the wrong size....oh no. Messaged customer services and had the fastest response ever! Replacement boots arrived within the week. They are so lovely I don’t want to take them off! Catherine was brilliant and gave me such personal service, will definitely be shopping here again.

Lovely boots, very good price and I was delighted with the really quick delivery. I find it hard to get my size (8) so was pleased that the boots were available. I will definitely check out Westwoods next time I need shoes or boots.
