Well worth the 5 stars
I agree with all the other reviews that this is a real 5 star company. Saw what I needed on their site at a very good price ( eg unit was £56.62 compared to £84.99 on another "large electrical/plumbing dealer" site ). I always phone to check the phone is answered -just in case. Message was " all lines busy and call could not be taken at present". I wondered if this was another example of a company you could never get hold of. A few minutes later my mobile rang and it was Annie from the company returning my call. What a lovely person who gave great advice. Anyway ordered on Friday at 10.02 and dispatched at 10.41. Received Monday around 16.00 What fantastic service. NOTE I have not fitted the smoke/heat alarms yet but the order was fulfilled in a first class manner. I am sure if I have any issues they will be dealt with in a professional manner. Had to contact both the company and Aico to check on a few minor pre fitting queries. Both were patient and gave excellent advice. Now fitted and working well.
