Having ordered for the first time from Westwoods Footwear I would definitely use them again. I had purchased a pair of shoes for my husband for Christmas and they turned out to be the wrong size. I telephoned Westwoods and spoke to a member of their staff who was extremely helpful and professional. I returned the shoes for exchange. There was a prepaid label to enable me to do this contained in the original packaging.

Happy with my boots. They took a long time to arrive (ordered on 1st and arrived 8th) which surprised me as it was via a courier. Would use again.
