WEEX is a complete Scam exchange, DO NOT go anywhere near this exchange. They will drive you crazy to get out of paying any bonus. Customer service is possibly the worst I have ever come across. With all the other exchanges out there these days, just DON'T! WEEX is by far the worst! Tried contacting them AGAIN after the reply below... did not even get a reply. 6 weeks, every excuse under the sun. over 50 emails back & forth telling me everything from "its on the way" "its already been sent" "we are looking into it" blah blah... & in the end.. ghosted. They will not even reply... say no more..

Finger weg, Charts brechen plötzlich Millisekunden nach dem Kauf nach unten aus, besonders bei kleineren Kryptos. Nutzt einen angeseheneren Broker... Weex lockt einen dann immer mit kostenlosen Bonus, aber hab nur Mist erlebt mit Weex. Bestimmt 5000 Euro verloren...

I had a very negative experience with WEEX’s copy trading feature. The platform’s performance data for traders is misleading — it shows “perfect” win rates without disclosing real risk factors like drawdown or capital exposure. This lack of transparency influenced my decision to invest. I copy a trader with 107 wins 0 losses, and I lost all my money in a day, and for my surprise the trader still shown imaculate win record.. After explaining my case in detail, WEEX acknowledged the issue and offered me a 2000 USDT futures bonus as compensation. I accepted the offer, but after nearly a month of silence and unanswered messages, they went back on their word and refused to honor it. This kind of behavior is unacceptable someone that claims to be a high quality exchange. It shows poor communication, lack of accountability, and no respect for users’ time. I’ve completely lost trust in WEEX and will no longer use or recommend it. EDIT I reached out to WEEX as they asked me to, but honestly, it was exactly what I expected — empty promises and no real action. They keep sending generic, copy-paste replies that completely ignore what I actually said, and after a while, they just stopped replying altogether. It’s been three weeks without any update or accountability for what they promised earlier. This whole experience shows a lack of respect and professionalism toward their users. If you care about serious and trustworthy service, don’t waste your time with WEEX.

Stay away. This is a scam exchange. I signed up with a referal code from Ivan on Tech for a bonus. They did not give me that bonus because their "automatic risk detection system" said that I opened multiple accounts. But this is a false information. I talked to an agent at WEEX but he said that he could not do anything about it. Their "automatic risk detection system" is the law. They have good bonuses and advertise with them. Be aware: you will not get this bonus. They can always rely on their mysterious "automatic risk detection system" to filter you out. This is just SCAM. Reply to Reply: I already talked to your support two times. I will stick to my review. Your Exchange is just SCAM !

One of the Worst of all times

Weex only cares about your money, they dont care about you as a customer. If you think about every using this exchange NEVER do this. Their website has so many crucial issues. I got liquidated in the cross margin mode due to an error where i could not set a stop loss. I reached out to the support and they just closed the support chat. After that i reached out to an influencer who advertised this exchanged. He spoke to the weex team and they sent a google forms. I filled out the google forms, explained my issue and even sent them a evidence video how this crucial issue happened. They just denied it. No refund. No apology. Not even a thank you that I made them draw attention to this bug.

I had position open with 10x leverage, made 15% profit and closed the position, I ended up with only half the margin I used and literally lost half of my money, contacted customer support and they said I got liquidated like what? They literally stole my money and after submitting proof, they closed the customer support hahaha Such a joke, rip my money, never touch this site!

Did not payed out my bonussus because of risk control cases. There is literally 0 change that I did not followed the Terms & Conditions. They did pay me the first bonus but cancelled the next 2 of 100 and 500 dollar. I signed an account. Transferred the money and let it there for 3 days and did nothing with it. Funds not eligible is said. scammers I did followed all the instructions and also contacted the support team. They kept insisting that I had already had an account. Nothing but lies.

this is fruadster company which provokes to join them through Digiclaw Media company who offers to pay on giving review in google maps after some review task they hurriedly tell you to join weex coin to withdraw money. And once you are in then they will manipulate you with task timing pressure quickly etc and start asking for money more and more . to transfer that money they give different upi and bank account number unrelated to company. once you transfer they start telling you that if you want to withdraw money you to pay more and more until all your money is gone. I have lost 3,50,000 rs within 2 days . dont join them dont fall for their trap.They are harsh taking and didnt provide proper support and even customer care number. When you review them they tell to write support@weex for help but they didn't help there and deny there presence and say it's 3rd party app etc. Beware of them they are huge fraudsters ever

You should know that this exchange gives you your reward a very long time after the reward distribution is supposed to be finished. When I talked to support, they said they are unnecessarily delaying the reward distribution.

Becareful for depositing money weaks wallet, you will weakup and cant find the account again. They will delete your account. Thats whats happen to my wallet, i login tired but nothing in my wallet again. I contact they live chat, give them all my deposit proofs but they cant help me recover my money. Becareful

Scam Experience – Stay Away! I deposited 3000 USDT on WEEX and was promised a 3000 USDT bonus within 3 days. I never received it. Support kept saying “wait 2 days,” but nothing ever came. I feel completely scammed. Be very careful trusting this platform.

The rewards are never paid out. There is always an issue. Avoid this exchange, there are many others.

When you try to get the reward you supposed to get you need to wait 1,5 months of support back and forth to get this message: We’re truly sorry for the inconvenience this may have caused. After a careful review by our customer service team, our risk control system detected an issue with your account. Because of this, we’re unable to grant the reward for this event.   The worst exchange there is!

After having issue with my withdrawal i contacted customer service and still haven't heard anything from them.Have been having different issues right from the beginning and i will not recommend this to anyone.I never experience all this in almost a year have been trading with Zin𝖾nsis Investment, and the profit i made on it can't be compared to any other platform.

Week has aweful customer support. Their staff are not emplowered to resolve any issues. If an issue arrises, it is always 100% out of their hands. Weex often prevents accounts from trading and then cant explain why it happened, only that their risk algorythm was triggered. They are helpless and mindless against the risk bot that runs the company. Does not matter if you are legit or not, the bot has all the power. Forget about getting welcome bonuses because the risk bot will deam you unworthy and ban you from getting any rewards. One employee says if the app does not work try logging in from other devices or use a VPN, the I try that, then another staff member says its against their terms to use a VPN or multiple devices, and my account is flagged now. No sence fighting it, I tried multiple times to get through to support. Rigid, unmovable people.

Go away from this exchange, there are more better options. Scam. People signed on exchange via link or so and not getting reward without any reason. Customer service dont care and giving same “bot” answers.

Scam company, will make sure you get liquidated and not be able to withdraw profits when you do win. They say HFT isnt allowed but if you copy trade anyone those accounts will HFT so fast till you lose everything and get liquidated dont even think about copy trading. Also you receive zero rewards and they will constantly flag your account as "high risk management" and fail to pay anything that you should be able to claim.

So I’m going to write again FYI weex owes me 1.2 million and looks like they are keeping it Their customer service will not respond Anyone know how I can get my money?
