Our little one absolutely loves water babies. It’s made her confident and fond of being in the water and the tutor is amazing

Our son has been learning to swim with Water Babies since he was 3 months. He is now 2.5 and loves swimming. Learning to swim is a life-saving skill and we think lessons have been worth every penny.

Zoe is a fantastic teacher. My son has really gained confidence in the water and is improving every week. I'm looking forward to progressing further with him. There are plenty of alternative classes available for when you can make your usual lesson too. The website is really easy to navigate and use for paying, marking as absent and booking make up lessons.

Myself and my 3month old have done one lesson, it was such a lovely experience. Debbie and Rose made such a welcoming atmosphere. The lesson was fun, instructions were clear as families were at different stages. Very keen for lessons to start back up in September. As an added bonus daughter slept 5hrs straight that night!

What can I say about our classes with WB and especially Jackie, as she is the BEST! I have been coming to WB for some time now for both my girls- older one is 10 and younger will be 4. Sadly we had to say goodbye to Jackie and our lovely class as my little one starts school in September. We always had so much fun and very much looked forward to our Fridays. Although we had some difficulties fitting the time to make sure we have our classes with Jackie we carried on coming to our sessions. She has been an amazing instructor, calm, and very patient. She encouraged both my girls to try hard and have fun at the same time. Jackie has been a big part of the swimming journey for my both girls and I am so so grateful for this. I hope you are lucky to have your class with Jackie, if you choose Waterbabies.

We had our underwater photoshoot at the beginning of the month and it was such an amazing experience. Everyone involved was clearly trained to a high level and made us feel so at ease with the whole experience. Our photos turned out amazing and it’s a memory I’ll keep forever!

This is the second time I’ve used Water Babies. They use lots of songs to engage the little ones while teaching key water safety skills and confidence.

We love our swimming class, Stephania our instructor is incredible and such a good teacher who is brilliant with the wee ones. My son is gaining confidence and safety skills in the water and having lots of fun at the same time.

I would really recommend water babies as they have been so helpful with knowing where to start when teaching our son how to swim, he is so confident in the water and loves swimming now as a result. The lessons are expensive but I think worth it for the skills that we've picked up and we have the best time in the lessons themselves. The teachers are fantastic and the office team are also amazing and very responsive if help is ever needed, like booking in catch up lessons.

We've tried swimming lessons for Poppy (now 7yo) before at the David Lloyd gym we go to, but it was a shambles. Teachers often didn't show up and when they did they didn't pay much attention and made it a chore. This is the polar opposite of Water Babies. Rachel, the teacher, is hands-on, approachable, supportive and - crucially - makes swimming enjoyable and learning fun. Poppy looks forward to her sessions and laughs during them while simultaneously learning to swim sooner. The way Rachel turns learning techniques into games makes them less 'taught' and overly formally structured and instead makes them seem achievable and fun. It being a small group obviously helps this dynamic, but that's another reason why Water Babies is so good. I honestly can't recommend them enough.

We have been going to Water Babies for almost a year and for the last 6 months or so have had Craig. He is brilliant - would highly recommend his classes!

We’ve been with Water Babies for almost 2 years and my child loves them!! She adores her teacher and has developed some great confidence in the water. Our swimming pool is a spa one so a nice bonus to the parents as well, Would highly recommend Water Babies to everyone who wants their babies develop swimming and water safety skills in a fun and encouraging environment.

Waterbabies are an absolutely amazing company, the teachers are knowledgeable , friendly and brilliant with Kids. There is a key focus on safety but every lesson is always fun! The songs will stick in your head forever though! Jackie and Charlene in particular are just wonderful. I think everyone should choose Waterbabies to teach their children this incredibly important life skill.

We had the best time at our first Underwater Photoshoot with our 7month old. He loves his Water Babies lessons and the photoshoot was such a lovley way to celebrate his love for swimming. Everyone was well organised, greeted on the door by a team member and shown where to go. Once it was our turn you were in a lovley small group in the water doing a lesson with a one teacher then you had the dipper and photograoher taken the photos. It was all very chilled and calm and a lovely atmosphere 😊. I would definitely recommend everyone to do a underwater phtotshoot great value for money and a experience not to forgot.

Our son did water babies for years until 7, and now our daughter is enjoying it too. The groups have always been so friendly and child focused. We’ve really enjoyed swimming at city academy. The changing rooms are warm and clean, and the pool is perfect for younger kids.

The instructors really engages with the kids, class size not too big and allows some 1-2-1 teaching. The class is both fun and active, this is one of the highlights to the week filled with excitement. Most important aspect, it teaches water safety for the kids.
