This company is one of the worst I have dealt with. I ordered a Christmas gift for my wife in mid December. I only received half of the order which arrived after Christmas. I immediately contacted them to say part of the order was missing. They asked for photos of what I received which I then sent them. On 8th January they told me they had shipped the missing items and it would take 6-9 business days for them to arrive. I email again this morning as I still hadn't received anything and got a reply saying that the original package was weighed when it was dispatched and it included all of the items. This is just a flat out lie. Please do not wate you money on this scam company. I have lost £85 and wouldn't want anyone else to suffer the same fate. I'm annoyed I had to give them 1 star!!!!

Poor Customer Service

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!! I would give a minis score if I could. Ordered 2 different coloured pearl sand plus 2 different scented oils as per the choice given when purchasing the bundle. After a long wait with minimal tracking my order arrived but I was given 2 of the same colour & scent. Emailed company & was told they would send the correct 2 missing items. Received another email stating my order was correct so they wouldn't be sending me anything? Replied saying that I will send my whole order back for a full refund & please send a free return label. Email received today stating that I would have to pay for the return but it will be expensive! So I will have to keep the order. I should have read these reviews as I didn't know the company was in France but they ship from China? I will definitely find an alternative company.

Excellent customer service

I love being able to use different containers to make interesting candles on my table! Knowing they are pet and child-safe is even better. Warmnest provides excellent customer service - Laura responded quickly to my questions about my order and made sure I was satisfied with what I recieved. Highly recommend.

Dreadful service

Dreadful service. Ordered and paid for on the 6th December 2025, found out yesterday that the parcel has been lost. I’ve asked for a refund twice - no reply. Emails several times now both to chase this up and to ask for a refund! Awful service🤬

Undelivered - Don’t Buy

Ordered Christmas gift on Nov 15th - coming up for 2 months later and still not arrived. In fairness the initial delivery was failed by a bad courier and then got lost somehow, but then the customer service rep initially told me they ‘won’t send another one until the first one arrives back’. Only when I frustratingly pushed back and said that’s not a professional resolution did they ‘send another package’, but I never got an order confirmation and it never showed up. It’s just a messily run business - not reliable. Try elsewhere.

Really pleased with quality!

I’m in the UK. Having read so many negative reviews about Warmnest after purchasing the product, I started to panic while waiting for delivery. Turned out my worry was unfounded. It was smooth sailing from the outset…from ease of placing my order online directly with the company, tracking it, delivery time, quality of packaging, and contents on opening. I’m enjoying its beautiful glow as I write this review. Really confused as to how the experience of apparently so many people has been completely different to mine 🤔

SCAM don't order from them, zero service

ordered product, everything looked great at first... until it was "supposedly" handed over to local carrier.... Tried contacting them at least 5 times, no answer. This is definitely a scam, they drop ship from China. Do not order from them

Scam company shipping poor products from China

Spent £170 with warmnest as they advertise as a small independent company. But they ship their products from China. This is a scam company. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM. Customer service is an AI bot. The parcel arrived a month late, I missed my friends birthday. The actual product is poor quality and had a terrible chemical smell to the point where I couldn’t go near it. They refused to pay for return shipping despite these complaints. Returns were to France.

Wish I had read these reviews. Ordered wax on 6th Dec and still no sign. Repeatedly told item in transit but can't say where and with which courier. Company won't issue refund until we receive and return the items but fear they will never arrive. May need to involve bank...

Do NOT waste your money!!!

Do NOT waste your money! Product does NOT work as advertised. Customer service is terrible. They refuse to refund even with video evidence showing it does not work per their instructions. Took over 2.5 weeks to receive initially too. Product comes from China, not the U.S.

Pretty sure this isn’t a real company

Pretty sure this isn’t a real company. Theres no registration for them. The photos of the “founders” are stock photos from Pinterest. You can buy the same stuff on amazon for a fraction of the cost.

I love Warmnest pearled candles…

I love Warmnest pearled candles so much that I became a wholesaler for Canada and that’s where it became troublesome. I love the new way to candles that lets out your imagination. For the pearls I give 5 stars. So I ordered on the 28th of novembre and received my last two parcels on december 9th. When you order as a customer and you buy a small order, your order is very neetly packed. So you receive your order in one piece so 5 stars there too! When you order big and they have to fly your packages that’s where the troubles start. First, they have to shipped in smaller packages Second, at the airport your packages are not shipped all at the same time Thirdly, they are not kind with our packages Fourthly, they are shipped and arrive somewhere in Canada and have to go under customs, that’s long 😤 Fifthly, UBI SMART PARCELS pick them up and start processing, but you see even if Warmnest gives them tracking # they don’t wait to ship all your parcels together no so they send you an email with a date that gives you and approximated date you’ll receive your parcels but then they you receive an email to track your parcel that was supposedly be delivered 5 days ago and they arrive a week to two weeks later prior to the date they gave you. Six, half of the packages are so damaged that you want to cry or they lost them. I love emailing Laura, she’s nice and wants to help and I understand that she has to follow the rules but even if she sends back everything that was lost or damaged it’s still another 3 weeks of waiting at the most. When you buy extra cotton wicks, they are simply put in the packages for filling in the hole and when they arrive, the boxes are opened, or broken and wicks are everywhere in the parcel. They have to be better packed because when the wicks boxes arrive and they are torned, I have to scotch taped them and count the wicks one by one to make certain they are all there. When you receive 10 boxes of wicks it’s not that big of a deal but still takes up your time. For the pearls when they are every where in the parcel it’s something else so when it’s delivered overseas, the packaging should be a lot tougher because courier’s employees are not all tender 🤷🏼‍♀️. The other thing about the pearls is that and the containers are about the same colour as what’s inside, they’re covered in dusty soot, so don’t touch them because your fingers become that colour and you have to wash your your hands a couple of times. I’m having problems with some of the black and some of the dark red. The other problem here is they don’t burn right. Instead of just a little circule of melted wax the surface is all covered up and sticks like glue or there is just a very little flame that you almost not see and no the cotton wick heights is where it should. Here UBI SMART PARCELS is a partner for Canada Post. It has been the third time that I order and every time something goes wrong. So Warmnest has to find a way to send me my items, so they’re thinking of Cargo the next time hope that goes well. The customer service is a bit slow, when they answer they help you.

Absolute scam

Absolute scam, do not buy this product its from Yanwen China, the wax is blue and smells of chemicals. I’m sure it’s not safe to burn!!!

Do not bother ordering from this company, border line scam, wax is overpriced and poor quality, delivery was slow, I was sent an correct essential oil which 6 weeks later they are still promising is en route to me
