Absolutely horrible, poorly made product then in order to get a refund you have to pay for shipping to CHINA, complete ripoff!!!

Appalling! I was sent wrongly sized sandals, which, of course, did not fit. I expected a full refund but, no, only if I posted them to China at a cost equivalent to over half the price of the sandals. I eventually received a 25% (!!!) refund. I do not recommend this company.

This company is now trading under SYLVIA'S boutique and selling dresses as my Walkers Footwear has been taken to Sylvia’s dresses. So as with all the other reviews who obviously have been caught with this ‘amazing’ company, what an absolute disaster. Chinese company not in Manchester and half the order if you could call it an order never arrived. Out a lot of money but will and am pursuing all avenues to get a full refund.

Extremely poor quality. Thought I’d bought from a UK company but was from China. Their 30 day NO QUIBBLE return system is a joke. They offer you 15% if you keep them or you can return at own cost to China and take a 20% refund. BEWARE THEY ARE NOT GOOD!

Thought I was buying from a UK base but no came from china . Also believed that I had ordered shoes for my insoles but no didn't come with any . Sandals are cheap more like £5 flip flops . Trainers omg wouldn't spend £5 on . Totally ripped off lesson learnt never believe what you read

Dear Walker's Two pairs of sandals received finally. They were NOT worth the wait. Poor material, poorly executed stitching. Plastic, not leather, poor fit with gaps at the front, not from Manchester as advised, but abroad, and not worth the money. Will highlight on trust pilot to get others to avoid purchasing. Won't use, but dispose!!! Couldn't face the scamming activity I feel would be utilized to avoid repaying.

Shoes arrived squashed, badly packed, no box. They don't fit, proving very difficult to return & get a refund. BEWARE!

Buyer beware. This is a business that also runs an online company called Riven Stone. They will take your money, provide a product, but the return policy is non existent. Yes, they will sell you something, it will be cheap, it will take forever to get delivery, and if you decide you don’t like it or if it doesn’t fit, you can keep it and they will keep your money.

BEWARE! Further to my previous review, the return address is given as China...they are not a family owned shop in Manchester....SCAM You are then offered 25% refund & keep the goods. A disgrace!
