I ordered a particular lintel which had…
I ordered a particular lintel which had 8 week lead time, it arrived 4 days late and the wrong one, rang them who said it would be sorted, someone rang back said the one they sent would be ok despite it not being the one I ordered and wanted. Then told the proper one would be another 8 weeks ! Roof arrives in a week so stuck with what they sent me.

Worst customer service ever
Ordered a lintel online phoned me two weeks later to say they have not got it worst service ever you think once the order is placed they would no they have not got it and then phone you prob could not be bothered to organise a delivery terrible service stay away
