I ordered a particular lintel which had 8 week lead time, it arrived 4 days late and the wrong one, rang them who said it would be sorted, someone rang back said the one they sent would be ok despite it not being the one I ordered and wanted. Then told the proper one would be another 8 weeks ! Roof arrives in a week so stuck with what they sent me.
