As we evaluate experiences, I must emphasize that being charged over $100 in shipping for returns is excessive and unfair. The app's help page displays a "404 page not found" error, which prevented me from accessing this information. Unfortunately, I couldn't find details on exchanging items for gift cards. Although the clothing is nice, the shipping issues make it impractical to purchase without knowing if the items will fit or meet expectations
