Ordered some clothes from them that don't fit, sent them an email and did not receive a response. Update 28th June 2025: I got an email asking me to rate the support I received on the email I sent, but I never received a reply. The customer service is nonexistent.
Customer was quick to respond and resolved the query without fuss.
I had issue with an item, within 24hrs it had been not only rectified but I was compensated for it aswell, customer service levels really illustrate how far above the competition this brand is
Products seem to be a good quality but sizing is all over the place. Got some joggers in medium which fit great, ordered some shorts in medium and they were so small I couldn’t get them on.
What happened was that my order could not be released in Mexico because the invoice they sent was incorrect, as the data did not match my package was stagnant for a week, until it was finally released.
Not to the high standard of previous purchases
It's sad to see that Vanquish Fitness, went from a brand with good quality gym wear. To being real cheapskates. When I became a costumer back in 2021 or so. Most products contained mostly cotton with a little bit of polyester here and there. And that combination resulted in good quality products. The fit was good, it felt good and it looked good. But these days it's mostly polyester. And you can tell the quality isn't like it used to be. Some items I bought doesn't have any fitting at all. And are still laying in my closet for a long time. Because the return process is also hideous. To much polyester and heat just doesn't work together. It's just simple common sense, but apparently not for you guys.
I really like the quality of their products. Even if there is any trouble, they will respond immediately. It's a great company worthy of trust.
