I can't log into my ticket master…
I can't log into my ticket master account to gain access to my tickets. Why am I being redirected to ticketmaster when I purchased the tickets from vividseats? if I'm not able to access the digital version of the ticket, can you please send an actual ticket?

Trouble with ticketmaster downloading to my mobile device
When the tickets went over to Ticketmaster and I am still having the problem retrieving the tickets on my mobile device I will be calling Ticketmaster tomorrow and hopefully it will be resolved. I’m sorry that you had to use Ticketmaster. They are a serious problem with mobile tickets if I had known that ahead of time, I would not have ordered through vivid seats and I love vivid seats.
