I have used Vinatis half a dozen times now. Initially, after Brexit, the first delivery took a while, and encountered issues with the courier and customs : however the company were quick to sort it out. Since then, all deliveries have been prompt and efficient. I have no complaints, and will continue using them.

A straightforward purchase, with prompt delivery. The bottles of wine were packaged really well. I haven't tried the wine yet, however, I'm saving it for Christmas!

Easy website to navigate. I only bought one bottle on this occasion and felt no pressure to buy more. Yes, they offer other recommendations, however I purchased my one bottle and still felt like a valued customer. Good delivery communication and my order arrived well packaged. I have now placed an order of four bottles and trust it will be another positive experience.

Vinatis has a great selection of good quality wines and has always delivered in good time and with the packages in perfect condition. They use Chronopost/DPD who are excellent and delivery progress can be monitored accurately through to final receipt of the goods.

Nice wines at good prices, much better choice and value than buying from a UK supermarket, delivery takes a week or so but you are kept well informed of when it will be delivered.

Give these a big miss !! Sent them an e mail to change the order and they ignored it until they had dispatched the order I did not want. Then days and days later they miraculously replied to my e mail to tell me it was too late to change the number. A dreadful company to deal with. You have been warned !!
