Very transparent purchase experience, expedient delivery internationally.
Never got my order and despite reaching out to Vinatis twice, I have still yet to be contacted despite their promise of "you will be contact within 24 hours of your request" or have this amended by anybody.
Did not deliver 6 wines, no response to messages. They have taken my money and ran
Easy to use website and clear ordering procedure. Delivery is not quick but the goods arrive very well packed.

My order is supposed to have been delivered but hasn’t been. I have contacted customer service twice. Still no answer. But they have now given me an opportunity to review the service, which I am happy to avail myself of. Very poor so far.

Great selection of wines priced competitively. Easy to navigate website. And the team now have post Brexit customs sorted so that it actually takes no longer for delivery than ordering in the UK, even quicker in some cases. Couple of cases of Christmas wine ordered this time, I’m sure I will be back in January for something else tempting…

Problems with delivery as in it wasnt showing on DPD or in my account. It had completely disappeared. Contacted Vinatis but got no reply. Luckily the parcel did appear but had to be collected from our local collection point.
I cannot fault the excellent service. Great range of affordable wines, making choices difficult! Plenty of updates about delivery, which was with ten days of ordering. A very good experience and will definitely not be the last.
