VBO Tickets Reviews

CEPA just launched the VBO platform, but I'm already hearing great things from customers about their experiences. On our end, the sales and support staff have been extremely attentive and patient as we transitioned to their system.

The service we get from VBO is virtually unlimited. They have custom designed programs that allow us to track and serve our membership in ways we never thought possible. If there are problems, their response is super fast with those wonderful videos that tell you just what do to.

Always helpful!

Simply the best timed base with ticketing service.

As far as functionality for the price, there is nothing better. We are a mid-sized theater (270 seats), so it was hard to find a ticketing solution that wasn't outrageously expensive and designed for theaters five times our size. They are still a work in progress, so you will encounter bugs. But the support team is very helpful and responsive!

Awesome team and great service.

Mark Cyrus at VBO has worked tirelessly to turn an abrupt ticketing platform transition into a smooth and seamless experience. A solutions-oriented ticketing platform that is meeting our needs as we identify them! I'm confident our patrons will be delighted with the new system and thanks to some flexibility with the website management feature, we are up and running online in no time flat. Thanks, VBO

Great service!

Dale Heger was amazing during the entire process, constantly updating us on the progress and data during the test phase. Looking forward to working with you guys in the future.

Still a work in progress regarding features but works well for the basics.

VBO is very flexible and the support is lightning fast.

Ben and Keith are always available and ready to help!

Pros: Customer Service Coding Knowledge Wide Variety of products Cloud based Easy to get a hold of Flexible All in One ticketing (CRM, POS, Assigned and General Seating, Reporting, data tracking, discounts, donations, merchandise and more!) Cons: None. Overall: First off, the company's customer service is top notch. Whenever I had a question or suggestion, they were understanding and worked really hard to get that project done within the day! Their customer base is small so they spend time with every customer creating a customized approach to ticketing. Recommendations to other buyers: This software is easy to use. Everything you need is all in this system. With the new mobile app, desktop and cloud services, this is an awesome product!

Very full featured ticketing system and very reasonably priced. Besides all the truly outstanding aspects they have built into their software, the support staff is extremely approachable and ready to help with even the smallest issues.

VBO isn't a ready-out-of-the-box experience. But, it will serve you well. Like anything, you get out what you invest in. Their customer service is amazing.

We've been using VBO for years now and are very satisfied with the results. They are always quick to help us through any problems we may come across or just answer a simple question or two.
