Ordered items numerous that where not sent, they just sent me random substitute products. I never agreed to accept substitutes, i wanted the products i selected, I wasnt happy with what I received. I asked for a refund as I didn't get what I ordered. 3 weeks later still going round in circles! Very poor customer service
