Bad communication
Previously had good experiences with this store, however my latest order they sent the wrong items. I contacted them via WhatsApp, had a quick response, but then they went quiet. After a couple of hours I chased them and had no reply. Tried calling but got voicemail. Contacted on Instagram messenger. Eventually they messaged back on WhatsApp to say it was being looked into, but 3 days later no further contact. Really disappointing.
