Misleading website stock level
The product I wanted was shown on the website as in stock, so i ordered and paid for it. A day later i get a call saying its out of stock, but they have a different, similar, flavour. I assumed it was a different flavour from the same range. So I agree to that. Turns out what they sent was a totally different company that made the juice! It was delivered fast though.

I didn't find your website to be intuitive. The age verification system needs improving a lot. I have been at my address for 7 years. I'm on the electoral roll and have been for over 40 years. I have a good credit rating. I uploaded my driving licence twice, including to your WhatsApp part and despite all this I am yet to be verified. It's ridiculous and frankly disgusting for a 67 year old who is computer literate. So, overall my experience was not particularly good and exacerbated by a failure to deliver the product to my home address.
