Sent wrong items, I ordered 2 juices as part of my order but they were not delivered, they also didn't bother to tell me that these items were not going to be delivered and that alternative items would be sent in place

Appaling company
Well I wish I could give this company 0 stars. I placed an order last week and received an email stating it had been dispatched. Chased them Monday and they stated it hadn’t been dispatched but was going out that day. They also stated they would refund my postage costs but as I qualified for free delivery that isn’t relevant so a standard reply they give to customers. On checking the Royal Mail app, Royal Mail still have not received the item so not only is their customer service poor they are also dishonest. As it is obvious they haven’t sent it I have requested a full refund so will see what story they come up with next. Please don’t buy from this company. I certainly won’t ever use them again
