Where is my Order!!!

Rear module and roller of the roof rack was damaged I assume in transit I reported it to the company within 5 days after already receiving the items late, to be later told because I had already fitted them I would have to pay for the replacement parts although I never seen the damage until it was fitted to the vehicle... Apparently that's there policy but it's not in writing anywhere?
