I wanted to know why my bill had increased from £57+ in May to £80+ in June. Ricardo looked into it and helped me find a package better suited to my needs. He also gave me the number to enquire how I could get a refund of the £80. He was a delightful young man.Most helpful. However the young woman on the Refund dept was not helpful.I found it very difficult to understand what she was asking and then she couldn't find any change of package so I had to give up because I was getting upset and flustered. Ricardo was lovely.The other operative....not so much.
