Spoke with Lewis on the phone who helped me set up a new broadband. Proper friendly guy had a right laugh and was very patient when the call cut out repeatedly. Big love Lew

Im not happy started having trouble with shell as i was advised my order was not forfilled by shell.i was miss sold tv as i was not told shell does not do TV .I found out later of shell customer service .Also wasent told OffGem was a an independent componey for tv .change over for all 3 as package with shell was 18th july then on 7th this off gem took 30.00 pounds out of my bank for equipment which should have been nothing by rep who sold to me.with 3 lots of comoneys involved now its redicules i have told all of them im cancelling the lot .and off jem to reinstate my money back to my account as was sold in correctly.Never again .shell utilerties sky and off gem are absulutly the pits and for man who put this otder threw he did what he wonted and did not tell me About off gem at all .
The customer service guy Mr Alvin was thorough but simple in his walking me through the process. His explanation was clear and concise. I was nice speaking with him and I a happy to go forward with the broadband. Excellent service. Anthony.
