Utility Aid - Assistance Thank you to Kristian for his help and support with arranging the Parish Council's gas and electric services over the last couple of year. Kristian is always supportive and responsive (even when I ask stilly questions!).
I am part of a community group of volunteers and it's great to have the support of Utility Aid to help us navigate our way through problems with suppliers and the different options available. Its reassuring to know that there's help out there, especially when changing suppliers. Thanks to Kristian for his help.
We have been very well looked after by Nathan and the staff at Utility Aid for many years. Queries are always quickly answered/dealt with and energy renewals have always been smooth and clearly explained. Webinars have also been helpful and informative.
It was Utility Aid who suggested we might be able to claim overpayment of VAT due to our being a Charity. They made it easy, and quick, to complete the necessary paperwork to do so. They did all the work, and in a very short time were able to save our Charity a considerable amount which can now go towards the animals we support.
Jasmine has been really helpful with answering all my questions and reminding us to sign the LoA.
Great experience working with Alex to transfer water utility to another supplier at Community Hall.
Kristian was very helpful and quick at getting back to me.
Utility Aid were good at keeping me informed at progress and managed to save us money. Great service throughout and always very helpful. I will recommend Utility Aid to other Parish Councils.
Ruth Philp (Senior Customer Support Administrator), from start to finish, the customer service she provided was outstanding. Ruth took the time to understand our issue, walked us through every step of the resolution process, kept us updated on a regular basis and ensured everything was resolved. We've experienced such personalised and effective support—truly exceptional service.
Engaged with a number of members from the Utility Aid Team; to review the amount the Council were paying for our utilities. All were very knowledgeable, helpful & supportive. The review process was very simple and detailed responses were provided, enabling the Council to make an informed decision on our future suppliers. Would fully recommend engaging with this Team.
Have been very pleased with Utility Aid's service.
Utility Aid have been amazing. I’d especially like to thank Trace for her regular follow-ups and outstanding support.
all the staff I interacted with were really patient and friendly, and not at all pushy. They genuinely felt caring and wanted the best for us. They were very professional in their handling of the account, and patiently waited as I had to obtain the go ahead from Trustees. Our Account Manager (Fred) was super helpful in continuing to reach out when I was available, and being patient with me. We are really happy that we have been guided to save around a thousand pounds with almost no intervention on our part!
Always willing to help and have a professional approach to what they do. Have just been guided by like through a transfer of our water supply to a new company which is going to save us money something that as a small charity is particularly useful in these difficult times. The whole process has gone smoothly with the minimum of involvement from me which as a volunteer trustee its great.
UtilityAid have been brilliant, really supportive in ensuring that our charity has got the best deal possible.
Jasmine was really helpful from the outset. Ran through everything required and followed it up with very details emails. Couldn't fault the customer service.
The team at Utility Aid have worked really hard to correct many bills where we were charged 20% instead of 5% VAT. This money which amounted to more than £1,000 has been refunded to us via a credit from the energy company, which is such good news considering we're a small charity. Thank you to the team. This is the second time that Utility Aid have managed to retrieve money for us. Back in 2020 they worked on our Renewable Heat Initiative (RHI) which had been overcharging us for years, and they got back many thousands (can't quite find the detail). I would fully recommend Utility Aid and we will definitely work with them again.
