Alex Jennings was a great help in getting us a better contract for our water supplier. The initial quote was high due to burst pipes we experienced but Alex managed to get us a better quote based on previous years usage.
We had a worrying experience with SSE. An imminent Direct Debit for several thousand pounds when it should have been just a few hundred pounds. Trace got this resolved for us.
Utility Aid helped to secure our Hall electricity contract a a fair price considering the volatility of the energy market
My current provider raised an objection to transferring to another provider but I was able to leave it all to Utility Aid (Carly specifically) and it was sorted in time. Excellent service.
We have used Utility Aid for a number of years; they have found us great deals; saving our charity money. Trace and the rest of the team offer great customer service, always quick to respond and have resolved a number of issues regarding our electricity supplier's invoicing, most recently identifying a VAT overpayment which has now been refunded.
Trace and the team at Utility-Aid worked with our supplier to correct our VAT status. This resulted in our historic bills being corrected. Utility-Aid did all of the leg work and made it an easy process for us.
Mary Guest, one of the Support group, did not give up on our queries. She diligently followed through on each email I received giving updates, results, etc on or before the dates she said she would. I would not have any problem with recommending Utility Aid to any charity to give the best advice and to get the best prices. They also answer any queries really quickly.
Having had significant challenges with our energy provider the Validation Team were very efficient in liaising with the provider and staying on top of the issues. The Validation Team were proactive in keeping us informed of progress. The tone of their communication was always friendly and always left an impression that they were happy to help.
I had received some puzzling invoices from the electricity supplier we are contracted to. I contacted them for an explanation but they didn't seem able to give one. I asked Utility Aid, who we use to find the best utility prices, to check the invoices and Kinga Kruk stepped in. She quickly explained that the invoices were correct and exactly how they related to the billing periods.
Yu Energy, supplier to our church, had charged the incorrect rate of VAT since the beginning of the contract almost 2 years ago. Utility Aid Customer Service successfully achieved a credit note for 2025 and then pursued the case until we got a full refund for all the overpaid VAT since 2023. Exceeded my expectations. Great work!
A thoroughly enjoyable experience from start to finish. Louise was friendly, efficient and effective in providing the available offers and converting into signed contracts.
Kenga was efficient & pleasant coming back with updates from the supply companies on or before she said she would chasing them as is often necessary without me asking .
Utility Aid is proactive and looks for the best deal for you. Considering what you want from a deal. Fred, our account manager took a lot of initiative when we were have issues that meant organising our supplier was getting delayed by us, he helped us get over the line and get everything sorted.
Sian at Utility Warehouse has been very helpful. Excellent customer service. Generally Utility Aid have been very helpful and resulted in savings.
As a small charity we are ever mindful of cost-saving, and having been recommended Utility Aid when our contracts were up for renewal, it made sense to explore our options. Fred, our Account Manager, has been very helpful and supportive throughout the process and we have decided to accept his advice and signed our contracts this afternoon.
Tracey was very good in supporting us and picking up on costs we had been charged for that we would not have got back without her help.
From Jasmine's initial contact to signing LOA I am hoping that we can reduce utility costs for our Village Hall. Jasmine has been very supportive and professional, thanks .
I'm so glad that I got in touch with Utility Aid. The customer service is absolutely brilliant. We've just taken ownership of a small community hall which was locked into an expensive utility contract with the old tennants. Utility Aid were brilliant. Alex was my initial contact then I was passed for the quote process on to Corrie. They both explained everything really clearly, and helped me understand some of the intricacies of gas and electricity supply that I had never understood before. I was sent a range of quotes which were clearly labelled so I could easily see what fit our small charity the best. As a result, we have saved well over 50% on both energy types. As a small charity, this will make a HUGE difference to us! Many thanks to the Utility Aid team, I will be highly recommending them to all my charity peers!
Proactively checking bills for overpayments led to a credit from our supplier. UA have previously also looked into incomprehensible (to me) bills. They also proactively offer long term contracts. But a slight concern is that I've seen no evidence that they aren't enamoured with one particular supplier, who I find abysmal.
