The team at Utility Aid are fantastic…

The team at Utility Aid have worked really hard to correct many bills where we were charged 20% instead of 5% VAT. This money which amounted to more than £1,000 has been refunded to us via a credit from the energy company, which is such good news considering we're a small charity. Thank you to the team. This is the second time that Utility Aid have managed to retrieve money for us. Back in 2020 they worked on our Renewable Heat Initiative (RHI) which had been overcharging us for years, and they got back many thousands (can't quite find the detail). I would fully recommend Utility Aid and we will definitely work with them again.
