I paid over 80 pounds for a sterling silver classic red bracelet when it eventually arrived , after a very short time the engraving seemed to become less visible and also it seemed like there was a layer of something over the top of the engraving that was crazing cracking flaking and lifting. And really Not good quality I had to return at my own expense registered post which was nearly 7 pounds to have it redone . when I receive it when I received after some weeks I had someone else's bracelet the company even though I suggested if they give me an envelope paid for to return I would They did not want it back and promised to get me another bracelet out ASAP, this took some weeks or so . After just a couple of days wear part of 1 word looks grey and dull already already making it less visible. And this top player again appears to be lifting and crazing again which apparently is a rodium layer put over the top of the ingraving on silver items. I would never buy from this company again and do not recommend them for these items, really long winded process and inferior quality and manufacture not a good experience have given up withv it now. will go back to the company I had used for 40 odd years who make good quality engraved jewellery but only reason went elsewhere is the subscription and having to have medical records on their file. Shoddy poor quality jewellery one thing particularly annoying o can't find anyway to leave feedback or my own review on their site despite there being many reviews? Huh?!
There is no way l can get the bracelet extended after paying more than 30 pounds for it. Someone had for back to me about the purchase, but l have mislaid the email.
Very disappointed with the company,, I complained the engraving has worn Out and unreadable,so l contacted The company and sorry it’s out of Guarantee send an email to address Which dose not exist. Not happy.....
Update 3/2/23. Universal Medical ID took down the "testimonial" featuring a piece of stock photo of a model. Good job, Universal Medical ID. I am a developer for companies, and have worked with other medical ID organizations. I did research on their website. The first "testimonial," is from Meridith T. This is a stock photo and the story is fictitious based on this. Here is the research: On their website, she is "Meredith T" giving a testimonial Meredith T March 12, 2019 Over here, her name is "Christina, HR manager" Involve 365 Here she is again, and her name is "Edlin" Here she is an Assistant HR Manager at a food processing facility Connected Staffing And here, at Dr Kathy DMD, she is "Veronica," providing a testimonial "Office was soothing and efficiently run…a definite two thumbs up!! Veronica" Over here at SeriouslyHappy on their Coaching page, her name is "Wendy." She's getting "Happy Coaching" with a success story: "Wendy felt burnt out. She had too many awesome ideas, a bit of shiny-object syndrome..." She became Shelly, an Accounts Receivable Specialist over here at ThreeMedAndATGruck "Shelly is the one who prepares all of our invoices for our customers..." She Lee Ann Hilbolt on the Life Engineering website giving another testimonial. Somehow, her identity changed to "Meryl" here at Opportunty Business Loans on the About Us page, giving a testimonial: "“I couldn’t believe how easy it was to find the right place for a loan. We needed additional financing for inventory..." And here is her picture under "Real Estate Professionals" with the caption "Our experience in real estate will revive your online reputation." Neuman Paige website She is with Axaial Dental on their "What-sets-us-apart" page. Also with Star Smiles Family Dental Here she is on the oneome website for Populations solutions She also is a TTLM client here: "TTLM helped me update my resum to land a great job" Alliance of Democracies - The Disinformation Diaries And she is listed as a fictional person name Truly B. Veritas with the identical picture She is also seen on the Solid# website on the Agent Support Team
We purchased a new stainless steel ID for my dad (the one we had from another company lasted 20 years but was fading) and we’ve had it 6 months now and the lobster clasp broke. Considering all we’ve done in 6 months is stay inside it’s crazy how this happened so fast! I called the company & they were not helpful at all and said I had to bring it to a jeweller to fix it. Do not buy from this company!!!
Do not order from this organisation. Product not arrived, $205 down the drain!
Purchased a necklace on a Saturday and the site said save 50 per cent on the 2nd or 3 one. So on Sunday I turned around and ordered a bracelet and the site said I will save 30 per cent plus free engraving. When the total came up no discount at all. Sent a email on Sunday no reply. Called the company on Monday and spoke to a woman from customer service very rude individual. Would not listen to one word I had to say. Then she tells me you have to order everything at the same time. There site did not say anything about it has to be ordered at the same time. Then she tells me they don't offer free engraving. Very dishonest company nothing but a con company. People save your money find a better company.
I have spent almost a year trying to contact you (have called both UK and USA websites and sent many emails) very disappointing. My bracket broke with in a week and i have been trying to get a refund or even some acknowledgement! Nothing! The band was meant to be leather and it seemed to be fake leather (definitely not worth how much they charge) it broke within a week and ever since then i have been trying to call them. When i finally got though to the UK store (apparently Australia and the uk are the same on there website) they told me to email them, which i did - many many times. Overall would not recommend at all! Cheap product for too much money and poor service, id go somewhere else
Please do not order from this company I spoke with the owner Jordan who basically said he doesn't care about his customers because there was an issue with the bracelet because one of the words was so scrambled up you couldn't even read it. I asked if he would send me a replacement and he said no so I can tell his company does not care about his customers so I'd say take your business somewhere else.
Oh how I wish I had read these reviews first. These bracelets are poorly and cheaply made, they look like something from Claire's accessories, a cheap something from Claire's accessories, nothing at all like what you might expect for the prices charged. It is a CON. Like many others I have wasted a lot of money. It would make a whole lot more sense to buy something you like and get it engraved at the local jewellers. Yes, I am a verified purchaser but using my junk email address - just in case Universal Medical try to say they have no record of me.
Please please don't waste your time getting things from this site. I paid £80 for a bracelet. Recieved it were it for one day and it broke. Had to send it back recorded delivery and have been waiting to hear from the company. Finally I rang them and was told my account was on hold as they were out of stock. They are supposed to be arranging a refund. I hope they do. I wished I had read these reviews first and I would have avoided them.
FRAUD DONT BUY PLACED. AN ORDER AND PAID AFTER THREE MONTHS STILL WAITING POOR. GIRL AT THE END OF PHONE KEEPS SAYING SHE WILL TALK TO “HEAD OFFICE” BUT CANNOT GIVE DETAILS HAVE LOTS MORE TO SAY BUT ENOUGH SAID
Order was supposed to arrive on Feb 14th. After many phone calls to England and finding out it was coming from the USA where no one could tell me where my parcel was located, I finally received it yesterday 1st March. The engraving is so faint it can only be read in very good light. I ordered a gold with expanding bracelet which fits perfectly, and a stainless steel one. I wasn’t able to put on this one without the help of a carer. Why aren’t they using a regular clasp instead of a complicated one.
my bracelet was $100. I wore it for a day and it gave me a horrible rash on my wrist. I am scarred now from the blisters. The bracelet is fake I called customer service to get my money back and Korrine on the phone harrased me, called me names, yelled at me, and did not help. She refused to give my money back and said that there is a NO REFUND POLICY The bracelet looks really cheap.
I wish I had read the reviews on here before I bought a bracelet from this company. AVOID AVOID AVOID Also Hayley from customer services couldn't even work out a telephone number starting +44. Jess the other doesn't know how to email customers. Apparently all the conversations are recorded I wish I had the recordings!!! Such a great get out clause having to speak to head office in the USA. ARGHHHHHHHHHH £100 wasted
Very poor customer services and the fact that the uk customer service line can’t help you with anything. I had to wait for the United States to respond to my complaint. Back and forth with emails and was told I can’t have a refund and it was their right as a company to refuse. Waste of Money and time trying to sort the issue. Do not use this company.
I paid $170 for a bracelet and it tarnished the first week. I was told I would get a refund. I never did and they don't respond to my e-mails anymore.
Poor quality materials, priced for top quality. A bracelet that should be worn all the time turned out to be a bracelet that only stays looking good essentially if you don't wear it. I've never heard of a bracelet worn for medical reasons that needed to be taken off just to wash your hands. After 3 weeks looks like crap! Beware of cheap overpriced product.
Absolutely rubbish. Do not buy from this company. Spent £100 on a sterling silver bracelet that looked like a 50p piece of scrap after just one day. Several emails followed and I asked for refund as per my statutory rights as obviously inferior faulty goods and not forthcoming. Very unhelpful. Waste of my £100
