RANEEN IS THE BEST - 5* SERVICE ALL AROUND! Raneen has been the person dealing with my application process and I can’t tell you how much of a star she is, honestly! I started the process 24th July & I have been granted an offer today 7th August… ONLY 13 DAYS!!! I was recommended by a family member and I was naturally apprehensive at first as this was my first time applying it even hearing about the company. However, when I saw how genuine and easygoing she was from the start it settled me in well & she made me really comfortable - I’m glad I trusted her! ❤️ She is so helpful & you have access to her 24/7 - Always responsive and encouraging! I wouldn’t have been able to do this without her, I can’t thank her enough! 🙏 she really does her job well & is passionate when working with her clients - she wants you to do well & with her YOU WILL! Thank you again Raneen! 5 STAR SERVICE

I had the pleasure of working with Ersaa, a student consultant at Platinum Services, and I couldn’t be more grateful for her support. From the very beginning, she was incredibly kind, patient, and genuinely committed to helping me with every step of my university application process. Ersaa helped me craft a strong, well-structured CV and made sure I had everything I needed to submit a complete and competitive application. She was always available to answer questions, offer guidance, and provide encouragement whenever I felt unsure or overwhelmed. Beyond her professionalism, what stood out the most was her warm and friendly personality. She made the entire process feel smooth and stress-free, and her positive energy truly made a difference. I highly recommend Ersaa to anyone seeking guidance with university applications. She’s not just a great consultant — she’s a genuinely lovely person who truly cares about her students’ success.

Honestly, I can’t thank them enough, most specifically Hannah for her service. A couple of months ago, i’d have never thought University was something I could achieve and suddenly, i’m now on track to attend Arden University in my own city to move up to a better stage in life. It couldn’t have been done without Hannah’s help, it was outstanding and I couldn’t have asked for a better service. Highly recommend.

I'm incredibly grateful to Mustapha for his unwavering support throughout my MSc application process. Thanks to the guidance and encouragement from both Mustapha and Mo, I’ve received a conditional offer from the University. Their service has been outstanding, truly encouraging and supportive every step of the way.
