Platinum Services Reviews

I thought this was very dodgy for me to contact here because I didn’t have my GCSE grades at a minimum but when i contacted them they told me no problem, we will help you, Hannah helped me get into university very smoothly and also Dani and Mustapha, I was about to give up on education, but they guided me in every step of the way. I appreciate for all the help that they gave me. Thank you very much. Harrison Rodriguez

I recently used Platinum Education Services for my university application process, and I couldn't be happier with my experience. My agent, Hannah, was absolutely amazing! From the very beginning, she was incredibly helpful, friendly, and knowledgeable. She took the time to understand my individual needs and goals, and she offered personalised guidance throughout the entire process. Here are just a few things I appreciated most about working with Hannah: Expertise: Hannah had a deep understanding of the university application process and the different requirements for various universities and programs. She was able to answer all my questions thoroughly and confidently, which put me at ease. Personalised guidance: Hannah didn't just provide generic advice, she tailored her approach to my specific situation and aspirations. She helped me identify the best universities for me, and prepare for interviews. Dedication and responsiveness: Hannah was always available to answer my questions and concerns, no matter how small. She responded promptly to emails and phone calls, and she made sure I felt supported throughout the entire process. Successful outcome: Thanks to Hannah's guidance and support, I am thrilled to announce that I received an offer from LCCA! I couldn't have done it without her. Overall: I highly recommend Platinum Education Services, and especially Hannah, to anyone who needs help with their university application process. They are truly experts in their field, and they are dedicated to helping students achieve their academic goals. If you're looking for personalised guidance and support throughout the application process, look no further than Platinum Education Services!

I got introduced to this lovely group of highly dedicated professionals who are best at achieving target. Personally had the opportunity to be in touch with Hannah, Dani and then Giulia.. all kind , understanding and flexible. Giulia changed my life by believing in me more than I did myself and pushing me towards the biggest challenges I have always been scared of and that was applying to study Law. Patiently took me step by strep through the process and got me interview appointment within the first week of being in touch with her. Now I have been offered admission in one of the best Universities and I could not thank her and her team enough. Well done Guilia . You are a star ❤️ thank you for brightening the path and showing me the way.

Platinum Services is a very good company. Hannah and Dani helped me every step of the way. I absolutely needed that help, believe me. They were so positive and encouraging, as I'd previously been let down by a college, due to their staff shortages. I predict Hannah and Dani will go very far in life. Thank you.

My interactions with Sam and Finn from Platinum Services were great. They are willing to help with all aspects of the university application. Platinum is AMAZING!!! I used platinum education services to apply for a masters degree following a year out of academic study for more reasons than one. I was fearful of embarking on my new academic dream due to having multiple physical and mental health problems which have often acted as a barrier in many walks of life. I explained my fears to Ahmed and Dani who supported me through the whole application and put me into contact with the universities inclusion team who have given me the time to feel at ease with the whole application process. The support and dedication Platinum services have given to me is something I will forever be grateful for and will recommend their services to anyone who is wanting to take the leap into changing their lives. I am now pleased to say I have enrolled into my dream course and I cannot thank the Platinum team enough!

Hannah and Dani are both wonderful people who assured me on my application even though it was all a rush because of the deadline. They were very patient with me because this was a first for me. Thank you for assisting me through the initial steps and I’m looking forward to working with everyone onwards!

My engagement with Platinum Education Services during my university application process was a distressing experience, marked by actions that I believe contravene UK laws to data protection and discrimination. A key issue arose with a staff member named Dani, who inappropriately accessed and shared my private health information from an outdated letter without my consent. This breach of my privacy led to an unjustified request from a university for a 'fit to study' note from my GP. This action not only violated the Data Protection Act 2018, which safeguards the handling of personal data, but also ignored my specific instructions regarding the sharing of my personal details. Furthermore, Dani's selective disclosure of my mental health condition, while completely overlooking my visual impairment, felt misleading and discriminatory. This approach seems to flout the principles of the Equality Act 2010, which protects individuals from discrimination based on disabilities. By focusing solely on one aspect of my disability, Platinum Education Services failed to acknowledge and respect the full range of my needs. Adding to the distress, my complaints about these issues, addressed to a senior member of the organization, Mr. Ahmed, were met with an unsatisfactory response. There was no apology, and to my dismay, Dani continued to be involved in my application process. This persistence, especially after I explicitly requested her removal, compounded my discomfort and signalled a disregard for my concerns. Additionally, I was subjected to unnecessary academic requirements, such as tests that my existing qualifications already exempted me from. This insistence overlooked the accommodations required for my visual impairment, further demonstrating a lack of consideration for my rights as a person with a disability. In essence, my experience with Platinum Education Services was marred by a series of missteps that not only demonstrated a lack of respect for my privacy and personal situation but also highlighted a failure to adhere to the principles of fairness and non-discrimination as enshrined in the Equality Act 2010 and the Data Protection Act 2018. The experience has left me with significant concerns about the organization's handling of sensitive information and its approach to the needs of individuals with disabilities.
