I’ll be honest and constructive, 2 of the 4 packages I received were smashed to pieces, so the D/P slurry powder was no longer in the manufactures plastic tubs but was in the cardboard boxes UK build supplies sent them in. I have had no response from direct email and photos and web site contact form. ??

Very quick dispatch and delivery and a good price

I purchased 3 x easy joint and went to use them yesterday and when i opened the first one it was completely solid and usable. I tried breaking it added water and it was absolutely unusable. The second one i opened was absolutely fine so i assumed there was a hole in the first bag. I contacted the company two emails because ive paid money for something that i cant use and now need a further one absolutely no response at all so i don’t recommend this company as when things go wrong they don’t help

Decent price for the product with quick delivery. Box appeared undamaged when delivered but on opening found the plastic container containing the product was badly split on the bottom. Luckily, there was a strong plastic bag within so no leakage. Suspect the heavy box was dropped at some point breaking the plastic inside.
