A very easy website to use. I bought 3 tubs of 'SIKA FASTFIX SELF-SETTING PAVING JOINTING COMPOUND'. The price was exceptionally good and delivery was free. The product was delivered in a timely manner, in three boxes. However, two of the tubs were damaged, but luckily the packet contained within were intact; therefore, good to use. The patio is grouted. Overall a brilliant service and will use again. Just need to be mindful of packaging though!

Ordered on Friday 20/6 before 12PM. Called to chase two times (second time received no call back). It is now 2/7 and still no idea when my delivery, which should have been 1-2 days, will arrive?! Poor service, poor communication. Very unhappy.

Do not use this company, they ignore you when you request changes. i contacted them twice to amend my order and both times i was ignored, i contacted once the goods were delivered and i`m still waiting for a reply. their customer service is appalling. thankfully i don`t order a lot of goods but i will definitely not be using this company again.

Do not use this company, they totally ignore you as a customer and refuse to answer any emails. asked to amend my order, they totally ignored me and sent the goods anyway, i admit i ordered the wrong goods but was unable to change these as they still to this day ignore my communication. avoid this company is my advice, there are plenty better i`m sure

Delivery driver walked through red hazardous barrier tape and all over my new freshly laid inprinted concrete causing £ hundreds of pounds worth of damage then verbally abused my wife then went away with my package so not only did i not get my package I'm also hundreds of pounds out of pocket for the untrained Delivery driver.....so I would like to make a formal complaint. Thanks

Arrived in time

Tub of tanking slurry. Size just what I needed and delivery very quick but was packed upside down and arrived with the lid split and the product escaping. I emailed the company and sent pics but heard nothing back. It’s not just about the price, customer care is also important.
