Ordered a KeyLite KYL-05 loft ladder from the site. It was the lowest price I found online and as you can imagine I was slightly suspicious as it was so low. I read the Trust pilot reviews and everything seemed to point to a good ordering experience with these guys so I took the plunge. The unit was dispatched the same day. My order was placed yesterday just before 11:30am. It arrived today at 2pm. In perfect condition. I am beyond happy and would gladly recommend UK Build Supplies for their amazing service.
