The wrong goods delivered and no answers to my e mail message

Moisture sensitive product arrived in a cracked container. Contacted ukbuildsupplies through their website, have received no communication back. It seems to be that it was noticed during the packing process as they packed it upside down (crack was on the bottom) unlike the other container. Don’t know for sure this was the case but I do know for sure that nothing has been done to rectify it.

I ordered jointing sand on Tuesday 11th march and despite email stating it would be delivered Friday 14th between 08.40 am and 12.40 pm it neve4 arrived. Didn’t get an update until near 5pm stating it was now not being delivered until 17th march. Plans messed up for weekend !
