I think it was a fantastic experience provided by UK Water Softeners. From the demonstration by Sarah to the installation by Pete, all efforts are professional and reliable. Simply, one word can be concluded: excellence.

Sarah came to our house on time, explained the options and discussed the unit installation location options. She was able to give the quote there and then and arrange a date for installation. Peter came a few days later to install the softener unit, an additional filter and an extra outside tap. All of this was done quickly, cleanly and without any drama. We would certainly recommend

About 5 years ago, we decided to invest in a water softener At the time, our perception was that they were quite expensive, so we opted for a refurbished unit The softener performed Ok for the first 3 years, but then progressively got worse - needing several repairs, until it eventually failed completely I contacted Uk Water Softeners and had a very knowledgeable conversation with Sarah I was impressed with the company's background and approach and decided to place an order The softener was installed very quickly and has been functioning well ever since - the install was completed very professionally - we hear the regeneration cycle regularly as expected After about 6 weeks I tested the water and have found it to be significantly softened - as compared to the situation without a softener I would thoroughly recommend UK Water Softeners

I approached UK Water Softeners to visit, suggest and quote the best suitable system for the property recently moved into. Sarah gave a call, fixed a date and visited. Being very knowledgeable she understood the plumbing system well, listed the options and described everything well. She had even brought all the systems and taps in her vehicle. A discount was applied for the partly existing plumbing system, in their quotes. Happy overall, we decided to proceed and we were clearly communicated the total cost, date and time of work etc. Work was well executed and we have started to enjoy softened water in the property within the mentioned time window(because we have an overhead tank). I wish UK Water Softeners all the best and would be happy to recommend to anyone looking to fit/change water softeners.

We inherited our TwinTec system when we moved in 2016 and since then we have only needed to replace the salt blocks. The system was installed in 2011 and last Saturday water was flowing through the unit as part of the regeneration process but rather than automatically stopping it was just constant. I was pleasantly surprised to discover that the office was open and after speaking to Andrew his advice was to turn the system off and he would organise a service visit. Within a couple of hours I'd had a text from Carl saying he could visit the following Monday, i.e. two days later. Carl diagnosed the issue and gave me the alternative solutions and I chose to have a full rebuild which he was able to carry out there and then. He was extremely professional in his approach and work and ensured both the unit and the household plumbing was working properly before finishing. Having turned off the softener I then realised how hard the water is in my area (Camberley) and would not want to be without it. My strong recommendation would be to use this company should you need a repair and if you are thinking about having softened water, do not hesitate to ask for their advice.

Great company to deal with! On the day of installation, engineer Pete arrived on time and everything went very smoothly, he worked quickly and efficiently he did a great job. This is a great team and I highly recommend them.

They made the process simple. Explained clearly what was involved, provided me with all the information necessary and left me to consider with no pressure. The subsequent fitting went smoothly and any questions I had fully answered. Now very happy with the outcome.

Good service and clear communication Took an old system and replaced with a new unit

Very quick service. Called yesterday for an engineer to visit to sort our 14 year old water softener which was not doing what it was supposed to. Sadly the diagnosis was close to terminal but the engineer had a brand new water softener in his van which he fitted during the same visit. All was done and dusted within a couple of hours. Many thanks to Carl for a great job.

Really liked the professionalism shown by Sarah and team. They were here with the demo boxes initially and was explained thoroughly. They do offer 0% interest fee payments which was super helpful to me. We chose the Twintec softener and there is a drastic difference in the water. The water now gives more lather leaving less timescale marks, softer skin. Taste was a bit odd but I guess, it's the initial feeling. Team provided an extra tap for free for the hard water supply. Pete, the plumber came on scheduled time and left a lasting impression with his professional conduct. Highly recommend these guys and a big thumbs up 👍 Kartik

Great customer service, can’t expect any less from a family run business. It’s been little over a week since we had the water softener which is great. I will review again little down the line after using the Watersoftener for little more time.

From initial contact to installation, the service was friendly yet professional. There was no pressure to buy, just useful information and recommendations. Sarah was very helpful in helping us to buy a suitable tap, e-mailing images to help us decide whether we bought from them or a 3rd party. When we had our kitchen fitted, in the process the fitters removed our previous drinking water filter which led to a late request to Sarah to supply a new filter. This was accommodated without hesitation and didn't delay the installation of the water softener. Oh, and the fitter was excellent too. I will certainly recommend UK Water Softeners to all my friends and anybody else.

The company was very easy to deal with, excellent service and very knowledgeable about the product on offer. The plumber who came to look at the old machine was very nice and an excellent trademan. He fitted the new machine straight away no second call and more appointments l would recommend this company and would use again. Thank you

They provided excellent services from selling to execution. One thing surprised me is that they have an option to install a short water outlet to provide hard water, just in case if I need hard water. Thanks for the services.

The company were great. Excellent service. Our old water softener needed to be replaced and this was done very efficiently by Carl. He and the rest of the team were professional, knowledgeable and helpful and you can't ask for more.
