Service itself is good. However support is pretty much non-existent. I've been trying it out for a month and have noticed a few channels that are with missing, or the incorrect stream attached to it. Also noticed that certain VOD series need to be fixed. So I emailed both the admin (who states are the owner) and support. All I got are canned messages saying they will look into it, but never do. I've emailed them on June 28, July 3 and more recently, and same exact messaging with no results. So you can say there is support, but there really isn't any. And now that they only accept Bitcoin, I would be weary of signing up with them for anything long term. I deleted my first review for this site at the urging of the admin/support stating the same. And nothing's changed. It's not enough to say you're busy and receive a lot of requests. Over 2 weeks and no resolution is unacceptable. You can't be reviewed as a glowing service if support does nothing for you. And yes. I am speaking of the correct site.

Excellent service. Never down. Quality is near perfect. The customer service is superior. Questions I have had or help needed navigating using the service are ALWAYS answered promptly and courteously.

Great quality, rarely down, excellent discord group for fast support, also support emails are answered quickly. EXCELLENT support team who try their best to help with any issues and are very fair and kind if problems do happen to occur. Recommended !!

I literally paid LAYER7 IPTV 100 dollars in bitcoin and they stole it. I have gotten NO RESPONSE , NO LOGIN, NO COMMUNICATION from the at all. OH BUT THEY SURE TOOK MY MONEY> I have left them numerous messages and have not had a single reply. BUYER BEWARE OF THESE THIEFS.

So far this service has done great! Responsive support services!! EPG no so good but if you know what you want to watch most likely will be there!!!

The pricing is below average and could arguably be the cheapest around. With a good internet connection and a well-developed Media Player, the up-time is at around 99.5% with no buffers (let's be honest, it doesn't get any better, right?). This service also comes with a great community, helpful and friendly all alike. I've tried out multiple services and none of them have given me the peace of mind to enjoy TV without worrying about getting out of my seat to fix issues now and then. I've got to give it to LayerSeven. IMO, a clear no-brainer.

To whom it may concern. I was most impressed with the quality of service and the response time. I am somewhere overwhelmed by new technology and I faced this app with some trepidation. The instructions were so simple, they could even be accomplished by a 10 year-old graduate cooking class. Layerseven TV provides a great service and the price for service is very good. Their customer support is excellent and they respond quickly.

This is a team of individuals that are very knowledgeable and understanding to their clients inquires. They responded to my issues in a timely fashion and provided me with a simple solution.

Aside from the fact that the number of Countries and Channels to choose from is extensive and of high quality, I would rate Customer Support as THE best I’ve experienced anywhere! Add to that the sense of community shared with other customers via Discord is really refreshing!… I’ll be here a while!!

I've had quite a few tv channels services and Layerseven is by far the best. I've had zero buffering in almost a year which is very important and price is great. Great customer service also. Highly recommend this service!
