Been with layer seven for around 6 months now. At first my experience was great but slowly that faded. Constantly have channels that are blacked out and when you reach out to their support team all your told is they will coordinate with the team internally and get back with you. Their "help" discord is just a server of customers who outside of basic setup help can't really offer much and the admins in the server don't reply to anything unless it's payment related. Issues that used to be solved in a day or so now take them weeks to solve and there's no communication back to the customer unless you reach back out to check on the issue.
