Absolute conmen

Absolute conmen. Garbage of a company. I gave them my yearly usage, agreed a DD cost, after the cooling off period they demanded more. I offered to pay a yr in advance, they agreed but refused to lower DD. DO NOT SWITCH TO THIS COMPANY. I'll be demanding a refund for credit and also be switching as soon as I can.

excellent flexible fast customer service

Their rates are very competitive. Their customer service is EXCELLENT, fast, personal and so very helpful and flexible. I'm vey senior and coudl not manage their security codes to enter my account. I told them and they immediately set me up in a different way that makes is very simple for me. Top marks for Tulo!

I've just switched to Tulo

I've just switched to Tulo to take advantage of their keen prices. The switch was completed in just 3 days. I've downloaded their app which is easy to negotiate and shows me the daily readings from my smart meters. Everything has gone very smoothly. Well done Tulo.

Better than any other up to now Ive ever used speaking to smae people each time

Early days, but all indications are that the UK professional reliable customer service Ive experienced has out shone previous firms Ive used by a mile and have transferred over two accounts to them. Ombudsman complaint going in for previous supplier that could make a phone call to sort out a supplier with arrogant customer services. Hoping to save money going forward and that they dont get swallowed up with those that want to reduce out energy choices.
