Simple booking and quick turnaround of results

Very positive experience using Tuli Health's blood test service. There were many different tests to choose from. The process was very efficient and streamlined. I was very impressed to receive my test results the same day. I definitely recommend using this service, especially since it is simple to book and the turnaround of results is quick.

I am not happy with tuli health…

I am not happy with tuli health clinical people they said I had covid 8 was suppose to travel to go to my sons funeral after he was murdered in 🇯🇲 Jamaica and they said I was positive and my partnar negative how we all took a separate test me him my son all negative nothing was wrong with me fit and healthy tuli sent a courier out on the 4th of January he waited I gave him back the test I paid £200 prior to that through the Westbury chemist in streatham that second test came back negative then I saw on my Gmail a certificate of the first one that said I never had covid I want compensation for the loss of my money I spent and my ticket I bright to go to my sons funeral the inconvenience and upsets this has caused me feeling emotional everyday high blood pressure affected my health anxiety and depression and getting agitated regular 😢💔😭and all the disappointments not corresponding with me calling over a dozen times leaving messages staffs names I have on record revert to me ASAP THANK YOU

Personal call was appreciated

I had to wait a week for my result and was very annoyed. Eventually I contacted Tuli and Jiawei the MD kindly phoned me and all was sorted very quickly. The problem was that I had ordered this from my chemist while abroad and I assumed all the registration had been done as all details had been sent through. Jiawei has noted this problem area and they hope to redesign their website including making the 2 crucial reference interlinked. The personal call was certainly appreciated.

Above and beyond customer service

Above and beyond customer service. They answered their phone at 10:45pm and helped solve my problem within a couple of minutes despite my worry that it wasn't all that trivial. Better than I could have imagined!
