Great for finding reviews that are not manipulated
I like that trust pilot reviews everything, so it's easy to find reviews on companies that aren't as transparent with their marketing tactics and flood social media as a hot commodity while hiding bad customer service or product experiences.

In truth, my opinion and review of Trustpilot is based on hope rather than actual proven advantage received. From the way my own invitations to "review" are offered, I assume that other reviews that I read are genuine and as such, are a valuable gauge with which I can judge a product, or service.
