Great for finding reviews that are not manipulated
I like that trust pilot reviews everything, so it's easy to find reviews on companies that aren't as transparent with their marketing tactics and flood social media as a hot commodity while hiding bad customer service or product experiences.

He usado Trustpilot en varias ocasiones para leer opiniones antes de comprar en tiendas online o contratar servicios. En general, me parece una plataforma confiable que ofrece una visión clara de lo que otros usuarios han experimentado. Me ha ayudado a evitar estafas y también a descubrir empresas serias que ofrecen un buen servicio. Me gusta que se puedan ver tanto comentarios positivos como negativos, y que las empresas puedan responder públicamente. Esto da una sensación de transparencia. Sin embargo, creo que debería haber un poco más de control en cuanto a las reseñas falsas o poco detalladas. A veces se nota que algunos comentarios no aportan nada útil o que parecen escritos por bots. En resumen, Trustpilot es una excelente herramienta para tomar decisiones más informadas, aunque siempre es bueno usarla junto con otras fuentes de información.
