Great for finding reviews that are not manipulated
I like that trust pilot reviews everything, so it's easy to find reviews on companies that aren't as transparent with their marketing tactics and flood social media as a hot commodity while hiding bad customer service or product experiences.

So far no issues with Trust pilot and it is great that they reach out to me for reviews about items they know I have purchased.

I nearly always check reviews for services and products I am interested in, purchasing on line, or in a shop. However, I am sometimes sceptical about 'too perfect' reviews. Without incentive, and at their invitation only, I am reviewing Trustpilot. I am beginning to trust more and more reviews on this site, as their reviewers are verified as 'real' customers/consumers. If you are invited to do a review, use the opportunity so that others can benefit from your experience. It is very easy to do, and in my case, for example, via Google, is secure.
