Great for finding reviews that are not manipulated
I like that trust pilot reviews everything, so it's easy to find reviews on companies that aren't as transparent with their marketing tactics and flood social media as a hot commodity while hiding bad customer service or product experiences.

Bewertungs-Verifizierung fragwürdig
Ein auch von mir auf Trustpilot bewertetes Unternehmen versucht gerade im großen Stil, seine zahlreichen (teiweise uralten) Negativbewertungen löschen zu lassen. Contentintegrity forderte mich durch Zusendung eines Kaufbelegs zur Verifizierung meiner Transaktion mit dem bewerteten Unternehmen auf. Die Zusendung der Handelsrechnung soll auf Rückmeldung von Trustpilot als Beleg nicht ausreichen, weil mein Trustpilot-Alias nicht meinem Käufernamen entspricht. Wie bitte? Die Pflicht zur Angabe meines vollen Namens in meinem TP-Konto wäre mir neu?

Trustpilot ist nicht neutral
Meine Erfahrungen mit Trustpilot sind negativ. Bewertungs-Erpressungen und Rache-Bewertungen werden gerne von Kunden genutzt, um Rabatte oder Rückerstattungen zu erhalten. Sich gegen diese negativen Bewertungen zu wehren ist bei Trustpilot nur mit gerichtlichen Beschlüssen möglich denn Trustpilot weigert sich selbst mit Beweisen die auf einen ganz klaren Rechts Verstoß hinweisen ruf schädigende Inhalte und Verleumdungen zu löschen. Als Antwort bekommt man, es verstoße nicht gegen deren Richtlinien. Die Mitarbeiter vom Kunden Support weigern sich, mir ihren vollständigen Namen mitzuteilen - das alleine zeigt schon, wie unseriös dieses Unternehmen ist. Ich kann jeden Unternehmer nur empfehlen, wenn er Bewertungen erhalten hat, die gegen das Recht verstoßen, auch den Rechtsweg gegen Trustpilot zu gehen um so Schadensersatz geltend zu machen.
