Great for finding reviews that are not manipulated
I like that trust pilot reviews everything, so it's easy to find reviews on companies that aren't as transparent with their marketing tactics and flood social media as a hot commodity while hiding bad customer service or product experiences.

The reason I submitted multiple comments is due to the lack of timely responses from your team and the delay in your replies. I was simply trying to share my honest experience with others, assuming your platform values transparency and aims to be a trustworthy reference for users. Unfortunately, my experience with your support has been very disappointing. The customer service is slow, and even after I provided clear documentation to prove my case, my review was still not published. This is unfair.
