Great for finding reviews that are not manipulated
I like that trust pilot reviews everything, so it's easy to find reviews on companies that aren't as transparent with their marketing tactics and flood social media as a hot commodity while hiding bad customer service or product experiences.

whats the point
kept removing my review for a company that i had real experience with, first they demanded proof that i am a customer, so i uploaded proof. they accepted next they warn me for writing multiple reviews for the same company, however the company has a UK and Global account on trust pilot, my experience was with both as my complaints were escalated from the UK branches to directors of company who are global then they remove my review stating: In this case, your review of verisure.co.uk has been flagged for containing advertising or promotional material, and on that basis we’ve removed your review from our platform. As a reminder, promos are a big no-no there was no advertisement in my review, no links, no mention of other companies it seems to be like trustpilot are working along side verisure to protect there name....hmmmmmmmm
