I this DAT is much more user friendly

You cant skip to states per page like before. The new loads used to be highlighted, not anymore. And the horn advising new loads is gone. Please go back to old load board !!!

i don’t truckstop to complicated i didn’t like try to cancel same day and they didn’t give me refund

I take off loads we cant do and now if i make a mistake and accidently delete one its much harder to catch it

Been with truck stop since day one! Was a little rough start but I have no complaints. They have treated me great and go out of there way for me! For one example, it was a long weekend, I called at the end of the day and asked if they could fund me knowing I wouldn't get it tell Tuesday, and they made it happen! Very easy and great to work with.

Site upgrade was an improvement but is glitchy. When you log in it goes through a strange process, opening and then closing pages from the previous version before opening the home page to the new version. When you do a quick post, and your typing in the loading and delivery locations, you have to physically click on the name of the location or it clears what you have typed. You have to go back and start typing the city and state again and then select from the drop down menu. When refreshing your load posting, you have to go to the bottom left of the page to select refresh, then it opens a new page to select the load to refresh, and then click refresh. Why can there be a refresh icon next to the posting that you click one time and your done? Site lags and is not scaled properly to be more snappy and responsive. Improvement needed.

Truckstop since the change has become very poor for Canadian users, you can only search a province to anywhere, if you put in an origin ie Toronto 300 miles loads originating from the US appear on the search. Also not possible to do a US to anywhere search now to gauge load volumes coming out of the US and see where best posted paying freight is coming from. Very poor upgrade I can understand them having teething problems but they should have it fixed by now and there seems to be no interest in resolving those issues.

Started out as the best board on the market ended up as the worst board on the market used to be use your friendly now it’s not user-friendly and no load paying anything

I am disappointed that your new search platform doesn't have Multi-State option for new search, like you had in the old one. Plus it is impossible to reach via chat your tech department when needed.

You changed the UI and functionality of the site for no reason. There’s a saying called if it ain’t broke don’t fix it, I guess you guys clearly don’t know that.
