I'm a freight broker and I haven't been…
I'm a freight broker and I haven't been able to login from my cell phone in several years. I don't know what happened to the Internet Truck Stop IT side, but I used to login with my cell phone and take care of business on the fly at no EXTRA COST, NOT anymore. Any chance of cell phone login as a Freight Broker. I know the carriers can login.

The board is slow and takes a while to…
The board is slow and takes a while to find and get loads. By the time u find a load it’s already gone. U can’t save a load to a favorite. And the main thing is I’m paying top dollar for your best board and other drivers out here with your board is different from mine and a lot faster and easier to work. And the customer service isn’t very friendly or helpful. So I’ve got it just don’t use it

A few things I would do to make it perfect.
I wish the note section would allow me to keep tabs on brokers I’ve worked with before. I wish my cell phone number wouldn’t be given out, just because I signed up under my cell phone. I wish the app would let me show columns like the webpage. Other than those few things, it’s a great site.

It’s been great being able to find…
It’s been great being able to find loads. Some brokers don’t return calls but I’m sure that’s do to the high volume of customers they deal with. But over all Truckstop is a wonderful website to find loads.
