I love the staff. They are all professional and very outgoing. Great people to work with. The pay on freight is way better than what’s on the load board, your staff knows how to keep us going on the road.

For the most part, we have been moving Power Only lanes, supporting Rocky Hill, CT. The brokers work with us to schedule workloads based on our capacity and follow through post delivery and payment. Given that we are a small company, we consider Trinity as a "Destiny shaper". The brokers are honest with market trends and have consistently offered us competitive rates.

Alyssa Womack and her team are fantastic, the rates can be a bit high sometimes but they do a terrific job.

1. Your recent quotes haven't been competitive enough, $200-300 higher ex OR to NJ. 2. At one time, 3 loads had to be canceled due quotes were not good overnight. In other words, I faxed you order sheet and I was informed the following morning the quoted rates were rejected.??? 3. Hope you can find out better rate for reefer intermodal operations. Jason Williams well versed in it. 4. Happy yew year & good luck.

This is probably one of the best and easiest freight companies to use for freight needs. Everyone is nice, professional and caring. They keep you informed of the progress of your shipments.
